Judy Chicago:

Judy Chicago is an American artist. She is a feminist whose art is known largely for being about birth and creation. She's also a writer and an arts educator. She is currently 79 years old and has been married 3 times.
One specific installation she made was The Dinner Party. It symbolizes and brings to life women's heritage. There is the art installation, a book and a movie because there was so much unknown information. It celebrates women and their accomplishments in Western culture.
The installation itself took five years to make and around over 400 volunteers. It has 39 places seating 39 mythical and historical women.

He's been doing this work for about 15 years. He's well known across the internet and a lot of his work is well known as well. The piece most people know is called Beowulf 3D and it was created using 3D Max, Vray and Zbrush. I even found his Facebook page haha. So he is known online pretty well and his works are so good and detailed and they make me think of video games since his sculptures or most of them are of characters like Batman or Superman. Wire Sculptors Elizabeth Berrien: So when I was trying to figure out the people to do this blog on, the cat wire sculpture caught my eye. Elizabeth Berrien was one of the biggest and leading people in the wire sculpture movement when it became big. Her sculptures can be found around the world in a lot of places like art galleries, museums and parks. " She was inspired by her tutor Kenneth Curran who, giving her a roll of wire said, ‘Here, kid, take this wire and mess with it,’ and this was a great lesson for her."
