Henry Moore

Henry Moore was a semi abstract English artist. He was born in 1898 and passed in 1986. He was 88 years old. He was one of the most celebrated sculptors of the period after the war.  He had a 7 year teaching position at the Royal College of Art in London. At some point he was also a war artist at the onset of World War II. Internationally his art had impact, but it slowly went away after his death. Anish Kapoor

Anish Kapoor is a British sculptor born in Bombay. He's only 64 years old and he's still creating art. For his sculptures he uses multiple materials including granite, limestone, marble, pigment and plaster. Their designs include geometrical and biomorphic. In 1995 he started using stainless steel and a lot of his big works use this material too. Some of his art is shown below: (i like this one a lot)

Marisol Escobar

Marisol Escobar is a sculptor. She was born in Paris, France and died in Manhattan, New York. She got bigger with her career in the 1960's.  Both of her parents were invested in the arts which of course was bound to influence her. After the death of her mother, she got really invested. Her brother and her were moved to Los Angeles by their father after WWII. Marisol's mother was known as patron of the arts in Venezuela. After studying abroad, and moving back to New York she started to do a lot better with success. Her style of sculpting is block wood and it's really cool! She is called a sculptor of modern life. In 1978 she was given membership to the American Academy of Arts and Letters. She's also worked with Andy Warhol on some works of art and below are her works:

Kiki Smith

Kiki Smith is a West-German-born artist. She makes works that express about sex, birth, and regeneration. She's had 25 exhibitions in museums. She was awarded the title of Honorary Royal Academician by the Royal Academy of Arts in London in 2017. Her most recent pieces have shown humans and our relationship to nature. Her pieces are really interesting to look at and they're really awesome as well. They're so weird but really cool. Below are 10 pieces of her work:
